Step 1: Fill the Job Seeker Registration Form
- First, visit the official Rajasthan Unemployment Allowance website: https://employment.livelihoods.rajasthan.gov.in/website/index.aspx
- On the homepage, go to the Menu section and click on the Job Seekers option.
- Then click on the “Apply for Unemployment Allowance” link.
- The Rajasthan SSO login page will open; enter your SSO ID and password to log in.
- After logging in, click on the Employment Exchange Management System option.
- Select Job Seeker and then New Registration.

- Fill in all the required details in this form.
- Click the submit button.
- You have successfully filled the Job Seeker Registration Form; print a copy for your records.
Step 2: Apply for the Unemployment Allowance
- After filling the job seeker form, open the SSO portal again.
- Click on the Employment Exchange Management System option.
- You will see a preview of the form you filled earlier; fill in any remaining information.
- After completing all details, click the Update button.
- Then, in the menu, click the Unemployment Allowance Request option.
- Fill out the unemployment allowance form, including institution name, bank name, account number, applicant’s annual family income, etc.
- Click on the “Check Eligibility to Continue” button to proceed.
- On the next page, e-sign all the required documents. Verify your Aadhaar number.
- Upload all necessary documents.
- Finally, click the Submit button.
- This completes your application for the Rajasthan Unemployment Allowance.
